Setup & Installation
Where are lights installed?
Lights are installed to the outer part of the soffit behind the fascia or trim facing downward.
Where are the controller and power supply mounted?
Controllers and power supplies are mounted indoors, typically on a wall in your garage safe from the elements. They plug into an outlet. One controller can power up to 300 ft depending on the wiring.
How much electricity does the system use?
Lights configured at full bright white use less than one watt of power and the controller pulls about 1.1 amps of electricity per 100 feet.

Can I create my own patterns and accents?
With over 102 preset patterns and the ability to control each light individually the options for making your own patterns are limitless!
You have complete control over your lights and unlimited possibilities! Configure each bulb individually:

Can I control my lights schedule ?
Multiple nightly, weekly, and holiday schedules allow you to create the ambience that meets your needs.
Can I control the front and back of my house separately?
Zoning allows the ability to turn on only certain sections of lights or have different patterns on different parts of your home at the same time.
Can lights be dimmed?
Lights can be dimmed and turned off and on individually.
Warranty & Maintenance
Is there a warranty?
Outdoor Permanent Lighting lights come with a 1-year warranty for labor and a 3-year warranty for parts.
What maintenance is required?
The system is low maintenance and only requires periodic firmware upgrades and occasional bulb replacements.
Do I have to upgrade my system to get updates?
Controller updates are sent to your email with instructions on how to update your firmware.
App updates will happen through your device’s app store.
Can individual bulbs be replaced?
Yes. Our low voltage lights can be replaced individually by the homeowner or a service call.
